With the two-day package you have time to experience all the best that Högbo Brukshotell & Spa has to offer. Or yes, everything requires more days than that, but it gives you plenty of time for many wonderful experiences!

 

Upon arrival, you choose how you want to spend your first day and evening. Feel free to come a little earlier for a relaxing walk around the mill before checking in.

 

On the first evening, you have no pre-determined plans, but you are warmly welcome to the Bistro at the Orangeriet where you can enjoy uncomplicated and well-prepared dishes from the bistro menu.

 

After a good night's sleep in your room or suite, a delicious hotel breakfast awaits. Enjoy freshly baked bread from our own bakery, salads, tomatoes and cheese produced here at the mill. Among the hot dishes are sausages from our own charcuterie and, of course, scrambled eggs that we cook with organic Alsbo eggs.

 

Your second day is free to spend as you wish. In the evening, a four-course dinner awaits you in the dining room, where you can choose a starter, main course and dessert from the à la carte menu. The dinner is finished with chocolate and pralines from our own chocolate workshop.

 

Then enjoy another night at the hotel and a last breakfast before departure!

Please note that the dinner for children between 3-11 years old consists of a main course that can be ordered freely from the children's menu and ice cream for dessert.
