Hotel breakfast

You pick and choose most things according to your own preferences. Among the warm options, we can mention sausages from our own deli and, of course, a waffle. You can choose from a variety of dairy products and toppings. We have our own yogurt cultured with milk from our mountain cows in Järbo. There's a plain option and a flavored one.

We bake the bread in our bakery one floor down, using flour from Teve Mill outside Järvsö. It's a small mill but with the capacity to grind a lot of flour, both from stones and rollers.

We produce salads, tomatoes, and cheese ourselves, adding a delightful contribution to the buffet. The toppings are carefully selected. The eggs we boil and make scrambled eggs with come from Alsbo eggs and are organic.
